We are looking for a dynamic Female Sales Manager with expertise in digital marketing and a talent for building robust client relationships. Experience with US and UK-based clients is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving sales through innovative digital marketing strategies and maintaining excellent client relationships via cold calling and social media marketing.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and surpass targets.
2. Utilize social media to create impactful ads that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
3. Engage with potential clients to communicate the value of our products/services.
4. Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring proficiency in successful calling and social media usage.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize social media efforts with sales goals.
6. Manage leads and keep information current using CRM systems.
7. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction.
10. Provide training to enhance the communication and calling skills of team members.
**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing US campaigns.
2. Strong understanding of social media and its application in sales.
3. Excellent English communication skills.
4. Experience in a call center is beneficial.
5. Strong leadership skills and ability to train team members effectively.
6. Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
**Benefits:**
- Salary: Rs 55k to Rs 160k (dependent on interview performance)
- Transportation provided within 10km of bahria or Travel allowance will be provided.
- Salary raises after 3 months of joining on performance

- Working hours: 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday to Friday

- Work from home is available for EXPERIENCED female staff with a background in the call center industry.
