As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and assistance in English. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products or services.
Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification: Master's degree in English (MA English)
• Exceptional fluency in spoken and written English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
