Location: Pakistan (Operations Office), UK-based Recruitment Company
Working Hours: 1 PM - 10 PM PST
Salary: PKR 35,000 - 40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and communication skills)

Job Description:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with clients. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships. This position requires excellent communication skills, a client-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Understand client needs and collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements
Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their requirements
Handle client feedback and work towards continuous improvement of services
Assist in developing strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the recruitment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a UK time zone (1 PM - 10 PM PST)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
A proactive and client-focused approach
